Orezone Drilling therefor embarks on an Employee Development System which assists the employees to achieve to their highest abilities.
They are employed at the Assistant level, are trained and coached at the workplace, and if they show the potential and ability they are appointed as Trainee Operators where they are given the opportunity to prove themselves competent. Once assessed as competent, they are promoted to the Operator Level. The same is for the Operators who have the potential to become Supervisors.
